Job Description *

Church Musician / Keyboard Player A healthy, growing, non-denominational church in Deerfield Beach, Florida is seeking a Musician/Keyboard Player for Sunday worship services, AND special services as needed. We also seek to build a Praise and Worship Team in the future. We are a teaching, preaching, and deliverance ministry, looking for a special individual who is SKILLED, LOVES JESUS, AND EXEMPLIFIES GOOD CHARACTER. The right applicant is NOT just looking for a job but seeks an OPPORTUNITY to CONNECT with a good church home. Applicants must have strong communication skills, relative leadership qualities and innovation to learn and grow spiritually. Because this is a church position, applicants should exhibit a commitment to Jesus Christ and a personal devotion to serve him through excellent worship. Individuals should be very familiar with modern contemporary Christian worship music, as well as traditional gospel. Applicants should be able to play creatively during times of worship and prayer to ensure cohesiveness during worship services. ALL applicants will be asked to submit a recent video or link with a sample of your abilities for consideration Compensation: Weekly Job Type: Part-time Salary Range: $100.00 - $150.00 Workdays: Sundays (9:00 am - 11:30 am or 12:00 pm). **Workdays/Salary Range may increase with additional needs in 2022 **This position is year-round, and the Musician is expected to attend all Sunday worship services, including special services such as New Year’s Eve service. **Weekly band and/or praise team rehearsals may be required as we develop our worship department. Additional salary will be discussed at that time. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $100.00 - $150.00/weekly High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: One location
